How long is it kept?
Server-side views and responses are removed by daily cleanup after 90 days. Device collections remain until you remove them or clear browser data. They do not automatically sync to other devices.
To limit abuse, the server briefly keeps hashed request-rate keys, not raw IP addresses. Editorial changes have an audit history that does not include reader free text.
Clear your records
Clear your device collection and preferences, and delete server contributions linked to this device key. A non-login deletion marker is retained to stop older in-flight requests recreating deleted data.
If you clear browser storage first, this device key is lost. Older contributions can no longer be located by this device, but are still removed by daily cleanup after 90 days.
