Modern measurement range
Ten minas total
5.5–6.0 kg
12.13–13.23 lb
Using the mina (50-shekel estimate) estimate. Ezekiel 45:12 explicitly totals sixty shekels; use the separate Ezekiel mina option for that passage.
Calculate another amount →One mina per servant
550–600 g
1.21–1.32 lb
Using the mina (50-shekel estimate) estimate. Ezekiel 45:12 explicitly totals sixty shekels; use the separate Ezekiel mina option for that passage.
Calculate another amount →The weight equivalent shows the scale of the accounting unit; it is not a modern investment value or a command to reproduce the story's economics.
What this conversion does—and does not—show
It gives a defensible modern scale for the amount stated in the verse. Ancient standards varied by time and place, so the endpoints are deliberately approximate. A volume is not a food mass, a metal weight is not a modern cash value, and a conversion does not settle a textual, archaeological, or theological debate.
